Dragages Hong Kong is proud to announce that we have been awarded a contract by the Architectural Services Department to undertake the design and construction of the Joint-User Complex at Site G2, Anderson Road Quarry. This complex is necessary to support the local community, featuring a sports center, public library, community hall, welfare facilities, public vehicle parking, and ancillary facilities, encompassing a construction floor area of approximately 40,000 square meters.

The completion of this project will significantly enhance the sports, welfare, and recreational offerings for the residents of region. Mr. Patrick IU, the Managing Director of Dragages Hong Kong, expressed his appreciation to the team’s tender proposal, which once again has met the expectations of the Architectural Services Department, stating, “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate on this community project. At Dragages, we will leverage our extensive expertise and experience to ensure that the construction is carried out in adherence with the highest safety standards while incorporating modern and sustainable construction methods.” The project is scheduled to commence in August 2023 and is expected to be completed by 2026.
