About the Project
Airport Authority Hong Kong for the Transit Mail Centre project (TMC)
This is a Design and Build Contract for a 2-storey building to accommodate an advanced mail sorting facility, covering a CFA of approximately 11,3000 m2. The scope of Works will comprise a two-story building, auxiliary buildings, building services installation, external works, landscaping works and associated civil works.
About the Role:
- Supervise construction works in safe manner
- Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the requirements
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Engineering or Building Studies
- 3 Years site experience including 1 year experience in the capacity of ACoW
