The contract entails the construction of a fire station-cum-ambulance depot, complete with departmental quarters and fire services department facilities in Area 72, Tseung Kwan O.

132 Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) units formed over 80% of the domestic gross floor area in this contract of the Architectural Services Department.

The development comprises a five-storey fire station-cum-ambulance depot, a 12-storey departmental quarters atop the depot to provide about 132 H-grade units, and an ancillary eight-storey drill tower. It also includes design and construction of the piled foundations, substructure and podium, with the application of MiC methods for the new departmental quarters which contain multi-functional facilities.

Leveraging on the company’s expertise, wefully utilize MiC methods to meet the tight construction schedule while ensuring enhanced efficiency and safety at the site.
