The scope of the Joint-User Complex at Site G2 at Anderson Road Quarry project is to design and construct a comprehensive complex that will greatly benefit the local community. With a sprawling construction floor area of approximately 40,000 square meters, this complex aims to cater to the needs of the residents by offering a wide range of facilities.

The Joint-User Complex will house a state-of-the-art sports center, designed to meet the needs of sports enthusiasts from all walks of life. Additionally, it will feature a well-equipped public library to promote knowledge sharing in the community. A spacious community hall will be available to host various events and gatherings, fostering a sense of togetherness and community spirit. The complex will also offer welfare facilities that aim to support the well-being of the residents. Furthermore, two levels of underground public parking will be provided to accommodate visitor needs, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.

The construction is scheduled to commence in August 2023, and it is estimated to be completed by 2026.
